Katie Holmes poses topless for an alluring photo spread in Glamour magazine and graces the cover. In the interview, she opens up about raising her daughter Suri as a single mother in the aftermath of her divorce from Tom Cruise and addresses other topics.
The 35-year-old Katie Holmes’ is among the stars of ‘The Giver,’ a big screen adaptation of the YA dystopian novel of the same title by Lois Lowry. She spoke in an interview for the August issue of Glamour conducted by her friend, designer Zac Posen and she addressed a range of topics both personal and professional.
In the aftermath of her highly publicized divorce from Tom Cruise, she said of her life now with her eight-year-old daughter Suri she did not say she was dating anyone but instead said, “I am really focused on motherhood and work right now.”
She added, “Motherhood is the greatest gift. When I became a mother, my life completely changed.” As for those changes she first quipped, “I’ve seen Frozen a lot.” She went on to reflect, saying, “But the biggest change? I think you don’t know — I didn’t know how much love I had in me. It’s overwhelming. Every day I discover more about this spectacular human being I get to be the mother of.”
As for the Phillip Noyce-directed movie, ‘The Giver,’ in which she costars with Meryl Streep, Jeff Bridges, Alexander Skarsgard and Taylor Swift, she said, “Being in a movie with Meryl Streep was a huge dream come true. When the cameras rolled, she was spot-on and such a pro. It was just a thrill to walk on set with her.” She also spoke of her fondness of the book.
