The "Project Runway" host looked cute in a pink plaid shirt, patterned top, and blue jeans as she corralled Henry, Johan, Lou, and Leni with the help of a nanny.
Recently, the busy working mother has been serving as the face of Jordache, appearing in print and television ads.
