Neil Patrick Harris is set to host the 2013 Emmy Awards, seriously this guy is in demand for hosting duties huh. In honor of this fantastic news Neil has been chosen as Right Celebrity’s Caption This Photo contest for the week, woohoo!

The news was announced today that the actor will host the Emmy Awards for the second time. I will have more on what NPH had to say about this news, as well as my thoughts in one hot second. It is going to be a big summer for the How I Met Your Mother star. Not only will he start production on the last season of the hit show but he will also be hosting the Tony Awards and Emmy Awards. The later was announced today and here is what he had to say about it.
“I couldn’t be more honored and excited to be hosting this year’s Emmy Awards. And what perfect timing – I’ll just do the exact same script I’m about to use for the Tonys. ‘And the Emmy for Best Revival of a Musical goes to Breaking Bad! See, told you it works.”
Oh yes Neil Patrick Harris is a perfect choice to host the 2013 Emmy Awards. Be sure to check him out in his hosting duties live on September 22nd on CBS! I don’t know about you but I just got super excited for the Emmys.
