DA in Justin Bieber’s Egg-Throwing Case Fighting for Felony Charges

His egg-throwing antics may prove more troubling than Justin Bieber originally anticipated. Per a new report, the district attorney handling the case is out for more than just a slap on the wrist.

According to TMZ, the DA thinks the 20-year-old should be charged with a felony for the prank that caused nearly $20,000 in damage.

In January, Bieber allegedly threw a number of eggs at his neighbor’s Calabasas, CA home causing extreme damage. The DA said, "If we don't charge him with a felony, we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge."

TMZ continued that the case is being reviewed at “the highest level.”
