Justin Bieber has been acting a little strange lately…at least according to sources. Sure, those of us in the celebrity news world know that he isn’t the cute little kid he was when he first posted a video of himself singing on Youtube. But does he really need rehab?
It turns out that many people are claiming his manager is the one worried. You may recognize this guy, Scooter Braun from the Never Say Never movie. In it, he is relentlessly pushing Justin to be his best and to take the stage and really kick butt.
But it is turning out that he is the one that might be starting to lose faith, if you consider the rumors.
Sources have claimed that the people who work with Justin are afraid he is partying too hard. RadarOnline quoted a source as saying:
“Justin is hanging out with the wrong people…It’s been one incident after another with him and Braun has always been very supportive and still is…But now Scooter wants him to go to rehab to get his act together. Justin needs to get away from the bad influences in his life.”
Wow. Could that be a reference to the guys who allegedly smoke pot with him, drive his ridiculously expensive sports cars around, and just generally act douchey together? I think so.
Anyway, the only real reference to anything illegal is that he allegedly smokes pot a lot. Is anyone shocked? Isn’t that what people in their 20s do nowadays?
Apparently his neighbors are over his behavior, too.
The source apparently feels that rehab is his only option right now:
“Justin needs to go to rehab for ALL of his behavior…He needs to get control of his life again, quit smoking pot and partying. He is just surrounded by bad influences.”
So we will see. I really hoped that he wouldn’t go down this road. Usually it’s hard for pop stars to make it through the awkward years in one piece.
If I was Justin Bieber, I would be finding a good mentor, like, yesterday.
