Chris Brown has plead not guilty to a hit and run charge that occurred after a May 21st issue where Brown was accused of hitting a woman’s car and refusing to give his drivers license before leaving the scene.
Brown had his probation revoked but according to E! News was arraigned on the hit and run charge. The good news though is that The LA City Attorney moved to dismiss the charge of driving without a valid license and not having proof of insurance. Well, I guess that’s something.
The trial for the hit and run charge has been set for Aug 15.
