Miley Cyrus Gets “Twerkin’” Mention in New Jay-Z Song

It appears her infamous “twerkin’” video made quite an impression on Jay-Z, as Miley Cyrus is the subject of the last verse of the rapper’s new song “somewhereinamerica.”

The track appears on Magna Carta Holy Grail which released on July 4th for Samsung Galaxy users (it’ll hit stores for the rest of the world on July 9th).

Jay raps, “Cause somewhere in America / Miley Cyrus is still twerkin’, HA! / Twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk / Twerk, Miley, Miley, twerk / Twerk, Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk / Twerk, yeah, uh-huh / Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley / Only in America.”

Back in 2009, Miley started the shout-out exchange by mentioning, “And the Jay-Z song was on…” in her hit “Party in the USA.”
