He’s been making quite a name for himself as of late, and Max Martini just scored a high-profile gig as a cast member on the forthcoming “Fifty Shades of Grey” adaptation.
The “Pacific Rim” stud is slated to play Christian Grey’s bodyguard Jason Taylor, putting him on the roster with aforementioned stars Jamie Dornan (who replaced Charlie Hunnam), Dakota Johnson, Jennifer Ehle, and Luke Grimes.
“Fifty Shades of Grey” will hit theaters on February 13th, 2015, just in time for Valentine’s Day weekend.
Per the synopsis, “The erotic thriller follows the relationship of 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey and college student Anastasia Steele.”
The “Fifty Shades” book trilogy has sold over 70 million copies worldwide and has ben translated into over fifty languages.
