It’s been a rough 24 hours for Shia LaBeouf and this morning (June 27) the “Constantine” actor was definitely disheveled as he exited the Midtown Police Station in New York City.
The 28-year-old star sported bedhead along with a blue t-shirt, dark jeans and work boots as he began walking up the sidewalk, surrounded by reporters.
Last night (June 26) Shia was arrested for being wasted and smoking a cigarette while attending a performance of “Cabaret” at Studio 54.
LaBeouf was hauled out of the Broadway theater, booked, and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. He’ll face the judge on July 24th.
