Disappointing fans of ABC's iconic "Once Upon a Time" spin off, the network has officially cancelled "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," after only a single season on the air.
Despite the heartbreak, The Hollywood Reporter has stated that the show was originally formed to act as a miniseries in order to bridge the gap to bridge the gap between seasons of "Once Upon a Time."
Airing Thursday nights on ABC, the fantasy series was simply one among many not to have a strong viewership since "Ugly Betty" was removed from slot in 2009.
"Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" starred Sophie Lowe, and its synopsis states, "In Victorian England, the young and beautiful Alice tells a tale of a strange new land that exists on the other side of a rabbit hole."
