Fergie isn’t letting the holidays get in the way of her workouts! She seems determined to get her pre-baby body back. If Fergie hasn’t succeeded already in that goal, then she’s close. Doesn’t she look amazing, even in workout gear?
Fergie and her trainer went for a run yesterday. I can’t imagine a better landscape for really challenging yourself than the hills. Her trainer knows what he’s doing. I bet Fergie even has the discipline to avoid holiday treats, too. Well, she’ll get to reap the rewards when she’s ready to return to work.
