He may have breathed a sigh of relief when prosecutors declined to charge him for the incident, but now Kanye West is being sued for attacking a paparazzi at LAX Airport last month.
Armed with high-profile attorney Gloria Allred, Daniel Ramos claims he spent two weeks on crutches after the scuffle, used a cane for "some time," and is still in pain.
During a press conference on Wednesday (August 21), Gloria announced that he is suing for assault, battery, negligence, and interference with civil rights.
In addition to monetary damages, Ramos is also asking for a restraining order against the "New Slaves" rapper. Later, Gloria expressed concern for celebrities' support of the attack, naming Kirstie Alley, Cher, and Kylie Jenner.
