Wow! Miley Cyrus seems to be all about making statements these days, whether they be fashion or just lifestyle ones, right? Well, the chart topper was spotted looking head-to-toe glam while at the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party presented by VISIT FLORIDA at the Fontainbleu Miami Beach in Miami, Fla. on Saturday afternoon.
