A new update for Maps on Windows Phone 8 has been spotted in the wild, and it supposedly improves the quality of, well, maps -- including those downloaded for offline use. There's no push mechanism for getting this refresh, though, so those with a WP8 device will want to check for it via the Settings menu. What's changed, exactly?
